To create a VDPrint account, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining account security, including keeping your password confidential, using strong unique passwords, and notifying us of any unauthorized access. VDPrint subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Billing occurs at the beginning of each subscription period, and we may change prices with 30 days notice to existing customers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Automatic Renewal Process
All VDPrint subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless explicitly cancelled through your account dashboard before the renewal date. This ensures uninterrupted access to our service features.
Billing Cycle Management
Billing occurs at the beginning of each subscription period. You will receive electronic invoices and payment receipts for all transactions. Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
Price Adjustment Policy
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing customers. Price changes will be communicated via email and will not affect current billing periods.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not provided for unused subscription time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, access to VDPrint services will terminate, and data may be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
You may cancel your VDPrint subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation is immediate for free accounts and takes effect at the end of the current billing period for paid subscriptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VDPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not VDPrint has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
In no event shall VDPrint's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of or inability to use VDPrint services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to VDPrint in the last six months for services giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). The limitations of this subsection shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and whether or not VDPrint has been informed of the possibility of any such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
The limitations in this section apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including contract, tort, or any other theory. The parties acknowledge that these limitations reflect the allocation of risk set forth in this agreement and that the parties would not enter into this agreement without these limitations on liability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and VDPrint regarding our professional prepress automation services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and VDPrint's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
