If you are using VDPrint services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

What We Provide

  • Variable data printing capabilities
  • Sequential numbering and QR code generation
  • Cloud-based processing and storage

What We Don't Provide

  • Physical printing services
  • Hardware or printing equipment
  • Shipping or fulfillment services

3. User Accounts

Requirements and responsibilities for account holders.

Account Creation

  • • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • • You must be at least 18 years old
  • • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • • You must notify us of any unauthorized access

Account Security

  • • Keep your password confidential
  • • Use strong, unique passwords
  • • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • • Do not share account credentials

4. Acceptable Use Policy

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

10. Limitation of Liability

General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Maximum Liability

In no event shall VDPrint's total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to VDPrint in the last six months, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

Essential Purpose

The limitations in this section apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including contract, tort, or any other theory.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and VDPrint regarding our services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
